My order is overdue, can I track it?

The quickest way to find out where an overdue order is, is to contact Rabal via Facebook Messages or through Instagram directly. 

Please however note that our delivery timeframe is 2-5 WORKING Days. It is only if the order hasn't arrived within this time period that we will consider it overdue or even lost. 

 

 

* Remember that tracking information of your parcel is updated once your order has been dispatched. It may be sent to the phone number, or the email address the customer provided at checkout.
