Delivery

We take pride at every stage of the order process and we know that timing is everything. Therefore, we aim to deliver all orders within 3 - 5 working days. If however, there is an urgency you can get in touch with us before an order is placed and we can answer all your queries regarding any special requests about faster delivery.

Closer to occasions such as Eid, Valentines Day - we try our level best to deliver orders before time, but please keep a close eye on our social media platforms for the cut off time for such events. Also the delivery time during such periods may be longer.

 

Returns/Exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for an exchange within 4 working days from delivery.

All products to be returned must be in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. If possible, please email us before returning any jewellery so we know to look out for your parcel. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of wear. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.

We are not liable for any postage costs incurred by you when returning unsuitable items to us and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Redelivery charges of Rs 200 will have to be paid by the customer in case of an exchange. 

Faulty Item?

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, please conatct us within 2 working days along with images of the faulty, and then return the piece to us within 5 days from receipt, for replacement or repair as appropriate. Any postage costs incurred by you in returning faulty items to us will of course be refunded to you.
